Katherine Bassil

I am an upcoming neuroscientist who works with passion, and dedication to fulfil her goals.

Sometimes changes in the lives of others can truly be made behind closed doors, in a laboratory, on a bench with just a pipet in hand and a revolutionary idea in head. My love for science starts at the bench and I believe every day that in some way, I am contributing to the work of many other scientists for the alleviation of the suffering of patients. But the reason I got into science is not only to ask questions and find answers, but to reshape the way we view mental illness.
