I am an elephant biologist working towards deciphering their physiology to aid in their conservation

Asian elephants face major threats from over-population of humans and massive habitat destruction. I am therefore using science as a tool to help these large-herbivores and to understand how they are being affected by the anthropogenic disturbances. I am particularly interested in science to enhance my understanding towards elephants' physiology and ecology.
