Caroline Taylor

Biomaterials and Tissue engineering Early career Researcher

I have always loved science and known in is something I want to work in from a young age. I have always wanted to help people, improve peoples quality of life and even save lives. I work with polymers, fabricating them into scaffolds to culture cells on. I am interested in using these scaffolds to aid and improve the bodies own regeneration. I have worked in the areas of nerve, cardiovascular and bone tissue engineering, and now work in Cartilage repair.
