I'm a postdoc in university of Alberta, mainly working on food-derived bioactives and human health

I was grown up in an academia family. Both of my parents are professors in university. I started doing experiment when I was very young and then fall in love with science since that time. Then, I gradually realized the importance between what we eat and how we keep healthy and I would love to make contributions on it. That's why I start working on food science and human health.
