Isolation and characterizing phosohate solubilizing fungi from teff Rhizosher soil

plants use phosphate chemical fertilizer only about 30% beacuse phosphate bound with Ca , k and Fe in soil and exist immobile form, that 70 % of phosphate is economically waste, there for by screening and characterizing phosphate solubilizing microbs from the soil possible to produce biofertilizer than chemical fertilizer.

19 phosphate solubilizing fungi isolated and characterizeg from teff rhizosher soil.that have a potential to solubilize and mineralize phosphate in the soil. and make phosphate bioavailable to plant growth and productivity.
