We present a case of a 76-year-old woman who was admitted to our hospital with a low Glasgow Coma Scale score. She had a medical history of breast and colon cancer. The CT scan showed possible diagnosis of brain metastasis. However, the MRI scan showed this to be a completely different diagnosis. © BMJ Publishing Group Limited 2018. No commercial re-use.
