Abstract

The authors generalize the data on the electrophysical properties of borides, carbides and nitrides of transient metals of groups IV–VI of the periodic table and point out the principal regularities of the changes in these properties with a change in the acceptor capacity of d-electron shells of the atoms of transient metals and the ionizing potentials of the nonmetals.
