Filiform hyperkeratosis (FH) is a rare dermatosis with unresolved nosologic status, characterised by keratotic spicules in a predominant palmoplantar distribution . We report a case of disseminated filiform hyperkeratosis revealing a typical porokeratotic histology, and a successful therapeutic response to low dose oral isotretinoin.
