Design, synthesis and characterization of 1H-pyridin-4-yl-3,5- disubstituted indazoles and their AKT inhibition activity

Abstract

A new series of 1H-pyridin-4-yl-3,5-disubstituted indazoles and their derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of 5-bromo-1-(2-cyano-pyridin-4-yl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxylic acid diethylamide with aryl boronic acids by Suzuki coupling reaction in the presence of Pd(OAc)2 and CsF. All the new compounds have been characterized by spectral data.
