Abstract

•A-site deficient Ba0.95Ce0.85Tb0.05Zr0.1O3-δ (BCTZ) powder is synthesized.•Dual-layer BCTZ/Ni-BCTZ hollow fiber is prepared via co-spinning and co-sintering.•Hydrogen permeation flux is improved in CO2-containing sweep gas.•BCTZ showed stable H2 permeation fluxes for 25 days in CO2-containing sweep gas.
