Chromosomal aberrations in a case of erythroleukaemia

Abstract

Bone marrow cells from a 49 years old man with erythroleukaemia revealed an extreme form of chromosomal number variation ranging from 39 to 135. The presence of these sub-lines is interpreted as a feature of malignancy. Minute elements and dicentric like chromosomes were also present.
