Abstract

This paper presents an analytical analysis approach to study of dynamic characteristics of hydraulically damped rubber mount (HDM). Analysis of experimental results verifies the effectiveness of the analytical approach. Frequency- and amplitude-dependent dynamic characteristic of HDM and superposition performance of dynamic characteristics of rubber mount, inertia track subsystem and HDM are investigated to clarify working mechanism of HDM. Parametric effect analysis is carried out on the basis of qualitative analysis and dynamic characteristic simulation, which provides useful guideline to HDM design.
