A new verification scheme for inductance measuring instruments

The basic principles of a new standard in the State Verification Scheme for inductance measuring instruments are considered, which are extended to two areas of measurement – low-frequency up to 1 MHz and high-frequency in the range 1–100 MHz. The requirements imposed on the metrological characteristics of the working standards over the whole working range of 40–106 Hz are presented. Their error, instability and inductance ranges are extended (from 10 H to 10 kH). The main problems, the solution of which will facilitate the successful introduction of a new verification scheme, are indicated.
